Unlike plastic polymer finishes (urethane, acrylic etc.), oil finished flooring allows the real beauty of wood to be seen and felt.
Provincial Series offers truly rustic style engineered white oak flooring through a
variety of treatments including Handscraped, Antiqued, Smoked, and Brushed combinations.
Durability, Repairability
Each style variation includes colored or natural oil finish, which is easily repairable unlike polymer finished floors.
All you have to do is refresh your wood floor with a new coat any time between two to five years, rather than re-sanding (excluding extensive damage).
Custom Color Range
Provincial Series oil finished flooring begins as semi or unfinished product. We now offer staining to just about any color you wish, and the gloss level can be modified to your tastes, making it truly, your floor.
This treatment takes place before the flooring arrives at your home, so there’s no on-site finishing required. (not including square-edged products) Furthermore, trims and other components may be color coordinated by the same process.

Woca Natural Oil is used for initial oiling of all types of wood. Made from modified vegetable oil, it contains no harmful chemicals. Woca Natural Oil tends to give the flooring a more glossy appearance with each additional coat. |

Osmo Hardwax Oil is a
clear, satin & professional floor finish, rich in natural vegetable oils and waxes.
As durable as polyurethane - and far easier to fix when it's scratched or worn down.
